As a Campus Ambassador, you represent CareerOS at your own university. You lead growth and marketing where you study, run your own events, and work directly with the CareerOS team.

About the program
What the role asks of you
About three to four hours a week, judged on what your projects achieve rather than on hours logged.

Activate your peers. Get fellow students logging in and exploring what CareerOS does.

Run one event or campaign. Something career-focused with a student club, plus peer-to-peer sessions showing the features you use most.

Post about it. Content on your own channels about CareerOS and what you are doing with it.

Fill the webinars. Invite students to CareerOS webinars and live sessions.

Bring back feedback. Share what students actually say with the team building the product.

Help your peers get more out of CareerOS, and help us make it better.

Questions about the program
What is the CareerOS Campus Ambassador Program?
A volunteer, internship-style opportunity for students who want to lead and build something on their own campus. You represent CareerOS at your university: helping peers find career opportunities, hosting events and driving engagement, while getting real experience in leadership, marketing and tech.
Who can apply?
MBA, MSc and BBA students enrolled at a CareerOS partner university for the current academic year, who want to help their peers get started on their careers and who have the leadership, communication and organizational skills to run a project themselves.
How many students are selected per campus?
One or two Campus Ambassadors per university. The program stays small on purpose.
What is the project proposal?
Once you are onboarded you submit a short proposal for your track: at least one event or campaign you will lead, such as a career networking event, a peer-led workshop on using CareerOS, or a push with a student organization. The CareerOS team reviews it with you and helps make it work.
How much time does it take?
About three to four hours a week on average, and a little more around an event. There is no clock-in requirement: you are evaluated on what your projects achieve, not on hours logged.
How do Campus Ambassadors stay in touch with the CareerOS team?
Email updates carry the resources and instructions, and every Campus Ambassador joins a shared WhatsApp group for announcements, tips and working with the others.
Is this a paid opportunity?
It is primarily a volunteer program, with performance bonuses of €40 to €50 when you hit milestones like sign-ups, webinar attendance and event turnout. Your projects also get featured on our channels and on LinkedIn, and the strongest ambassadors receive a personal LinkedIn recommendation from the CareerOS Program Manager.
When does the program run?
It follows the academic year. Recruitment and onboarding run through September and October, then events, campaigns and projects across the year, closing with recognition and a celebration.
