Everything you need to know about our Campus Strategist Program
What is the CareerOS Campus Strategist Program?
The CareerOS Campus Strategist Program is a volunteer internship-style opportunity for ambitious students who want to lead, create, and make an impact on their campus.
As a Campus Strategist, you’ll represent CareerOS at your university — helping your peers discover career opportunities, hosting events, and driving engagement. Along the way, you’ll gain real-world experience in leadership, marketing, and tech while building your personal brand.
Who can apply?
This program is open exclusively to MBA, MSc, and BBA students who: - Are enrolled in a CareerOS partner university for the 2025–2026 school year - Are passionate about helping peers kickstart their careers - Have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
How many students are selected per campus?
We’re only choosing 1–2 Campus Strategists per university to keep the program exclusive and impactful.
What do Campus Strategists do exactly?
When you join, you’ll pick one of two tracks based on your interests and strengths:
Track 1: Product & Tech Help your peers get the most out of CareerOS by: - Hosting CareerOS onboarding sessions (1:1 or small groups) - Collecting feedback and testimonials to improve the platform - Testing new features early and sharing insights - Organizing pop-up activations to showcase CareerOS
Track 2: Marketing & Business Get creative and build CareerOS visibility by: - Hosting career-focused events and collaborating with student clubs - Leading marketing campaigns and recruitment challenges - Creating fun and engaging content (reels, vlogs, recaps) - Driving peer engagement through student influence
Bonus: You’ll also help spread the word by sharing CareerOS events, webinars, and announcements in your student communities and channels (e.g. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, group chats).
What’s the project proposal requirement?
Once you’re onboarded, you’ll submit a project proposal based on your chosen track. It should outline at least one event or campaign you plan to lead, such as: - Hosting a career networking event (in-person or online) - Running a peer-led workshop on using CareerOS - Collaborating with a student organization to boost platform adoption
Don’t worry — the CareerOS team will review your plan and help you make it successful.
How much time would you need to commit?
We know your studies come first, so there’s no clock-in requirement. Instead, your performance is based on output:
- Expect to spend 3–4 hours per week on average - Time may increase slightly around events or campaigns - You’ll be evaluated on the impact of your projects
Don’t worry — the CareerOS team will review your plan and help you make it successful.
How Campus Strategists stay connected with CareerOS team?
You won’t be doing this alone! We’ll support you through:Email updates with key resources and instructions
A common WhatsApp group where all Campus Strategists can get announcements, tips, and collaborate
Is this a paid opportunity?
While this is primarily a volunteer program, you’ll get:
- Performance bonuses (€40–€50) when you hit key milestones like sign-ups, webinar attendance, and event success
- Recognition perks:
Your projects and achievements will be featured on the Campus Strategist Program landing page and LinkedIn
