The EFMD Global Career Fair
Two days of online booths, live sessions and one-to-one conversations between students and alumni across the EFMD network and recruiters hiring internationally. Highered by CareerOS runs it on EFMD Global’s behalf, twice a year.
Who the fair is for
It is an online job fair for students and graduates of Highered member universities, and for the employers hiring across them. Nobody travels.

What are the Global Fairs?
The EFMD Global Fairs, powered by Highered, are exclusive online job fairs for students and graduates of Highered university members. These virtual events connect early-career talent with global recruiters through interactive booths and webinars: explore jobs and internships, engage directly with recruiters, and take the next step in your career, all in a dynamic online environment.
When is it?
21–22 October 2026. Day 1 is Career Development Day, Day 2 is Employer Day.
Which companies are coming to the fair?
Companies come from finance, consulting, technology, consumer goods, and more (the exact list changes each year). Expect recruiters from well-known global brands alongside exciting emerging companies.

Are there any costs or fees to join?
Global Fair participation is included in the Highered Membership, with no limit on the number of students or alumni who can attend. Students join at no cost. If your university is not yet a Highered member, we'd love to show you how membership works, including access to both Global Fairs a year and analytics, and your students being automatically invited to participate. How do I register for the fairs?
Students and alumni register on the fair's event page in CareerOS. If you can't register, your school is likely not yet a Highered university member: email cyril@thecareeros.com and we'll help you reach your career services team. Career services at a non-member university can schedule a call with our team to join; current members need do nothing.
