CareerOS was built to get students placed at the companies they dream of. Then AI arrived, and those same companies began scaling down junior hiring or removing the roles outright. A degree is still worth having. It has simply stopped answering the question employers ask first now: can this person actually work with AI?

So we built Sovrano AI. Students take paid evaluation work from the teams training frontier models, in their own field and their own language. What an employer meets afterwards is someone who has already done the work, on a record they can check.

Sovrano AI does not run these pipelines. It staffs them, across finance, accounting, marketing, HR, legal and engineering, in 23 European languages.

What the work actually is

RLHF
Ranking a model's answers so it learns which one a specialist would accept, which makes the ranking worth exactly what the ranker knows.
Red-teaming
Pushing a model until it says something wrong, unsafe or legally impossible, then writing down exactly how it got there.
Evaluation
Scoring output against the customer's own rubric, task after task, at a consistency the customer can audit.

    The university confirms who the evaluator is and what they are studying before any profile goes live.

  2. Screened on domain expertise

    Screened in the field they will evaluate in, before any project is offered.

  3. Onboarded against the rubric

    The customer's own scoring rubric is learned up front, before the first paid task.

  4. Checked while they work

    Cross-evaluation against other evaluators, gold-standard tasks with known answers, and PhD-level auditing of borderline cases.

Evaluator data, and any task data Sovrano handles on a customer's behalf, stay inside EU-based AWS regions, with IP masking and EU data residency throughout.
