Rethinking Employability and Employer Partnerships in Asia

Date: 25 June 2026
Time: 12:00 Europe time / 18:00 Philippine time

Career services teams are under increasing pressure to deliver stronger employability outcomes, build deeper employer relationships, and prepare students for fast-changing regional and global job markets.

In this webinar, Lucille Jade L. Galvan from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) will share practical reflections on employability, employer relations, and career services strategy in leading Asian markets. Drawing on her experience across institutions, including the Asian Institute of Management, former experience with AIM, and former experiences with Asian University for Women and Nanyang Technological University, Jade will discuss how career teams can respond to employer expectations, use data and alumni networks more strategically, and support students in building relevant skills for the future of work in Asia.

The conversation will also explore AIM’s current focus on employability, AI integration, placement outcomes, employer engagement, and the role of career services in supporting institutional growth and global rankings.
