What happens when you put a Gen Z career innovator, a microphone, and some of the most inspiring Career Services leaders in a room together?
You get The Career Leaders Show — a podcast made by and for the trailblazers shaping the future of career education.
Career Services is going through a transformation. Students are facing uncertainty, overwhelm, and shifting expectations in a job market that’s more complex than ever. At the same time, career services professionals are asked to be strategists, counselors, networkers, and wellbeing advocates — all at once.
But while the challenges are real, so is the power of this community.
The Career Leaders Show was born out of a desire to celebrate, elevate, and challenge the global community of career leaders. Hosted by Albert Segura, Head of Career Services at CareerOS and former Gen Z Head of Careers himself, this podcast is a space for raw, unfiltered conversations with those doing the hard and heart-centered work of guiding students to a better future.
This isn’t your typical “best practices” podcast.
Each episode invites a different career leader to:
Whether you’re a director, coach, career advisor, or university partner — this show will feel like the conversation you’ve been missing.
At CareerOS, we work with hundreds of institutions, and we’ve seen it all: the underfunded teams doing the impossible, the quiet innovators changing lives behind the scenes, and the leaders dreaming of a better, fairer system for student success.
This podcast is our way of shining a light on that work — and amplifying the voices of those who are making it happen.
As Albert says in the first episode:
“This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a space for career leaders to feel seen, heard, and celebrated.”
