Troubleshooting
Link Zoom / Connect Zoom button missing — only event-host accounts (advisor, ambassador, alumni, employer) can connect Zoom. Contact your CareerOS admin if you believe you should have access.
Authorization fails or loops — make sure you are signed in to the correct Zoom account, then retry from your Profile page.
Joined as participant instead of host — confirm your Profile page shows your Zoom account as connected, and that the connected Zoom account is the meeting's host.
Zoom tab missing on the event — the tab appears only to the event's host, only after the event has ended, and only for events with a Zoom meeting link.
No cloud recording to publish — the meeting must be recorded to the Zoom cloud by the connected host account, and Zoom may take some time to process it. Locally recorded meetings can be uploaded as a file instead.
Poll results missing — poll reports are available only for meetings hosted by the connected Zoom account, after the meeting has ended.
